Vision World Wide, Serving The Visually-impaired and Their Caregiving Community. Vision World Wide is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of the vision impaired. This work is accomplished directly through interaction with the vision impaired and indirectly through interaction with the caregiving community.
Modern World Data Ltd started trading in November 1998. Mike & Pam Williams-Davies, Directors, plus other staff, work hard to supply a friendly and professional service to all of our clients and customers. Modern World Data Ltd supplies a wide range of specialist IT equipment for blind and partially sighted people and offers sales, service, training and backup on all of its products. If you phone in then you will probably be greeted by Christine who will be only too pleased to help you with your enquiries. Christine has an in depth knowledge of our complete range of products from both technical assistance and training points of view. We are now based in Dolgellau which is in a beautiful part of Mid Wales. From our new offices by the River Arran we cover the whole of the British Isles and still offer a personal and responsive service wherever and whenever possible. Our staff have over 55 years experience in the Education, Training and Adaptation of equipment and resources for those people who have a visual impairment. Mike was Director of Technical Resources at the Royal National College for the Blind in Hereford for 21 years. Pam, as a qualified and experienced teacher of nearly 30 years standing, taught children and young people with a visual impairment for 15 of those years. We joined forces in 1998 to start this Company and drew on our experience so that we could offer our customers the products most suited to their needs. At Disability Advocates we challenge the Social Security Administration and obtain the Social Security Disability or SSI benefits to which you are entitled.We are a nationwide SSA disability advocacy. Our advocates are trained to handle SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance) or SSI (Supplemental Security Income) claims from start to finish. The Social Security Administration denies over 70% of all initial claims. With those kinds of odds, you need a trained expert on your side.
